Adam Deckinger
Chief Legal & Administrative Officer
Adam Deckinger serves as Chief Legal & Administrative Officer for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. In this capacity, he oversees all global legal matters, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Environmental Operations, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, Regulatory Policy, Government Affairs, Aviation, Corporate Services & Real Estate.
As a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team, Adam reports to President & CEO Donnie King.
Adam joined Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ in 2017 and has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of Law and Compliance and General Counsel. Prior to joining Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, he served as an attorney at The Boeing Company and at the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner. Adam also clerked for two federal judges, Honorable Andrew J. Kleinfeld, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Paul C. Huck, Southern District of Florida. Before pursuing a career in law, he worked as a software engineer.
Adam holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Florida State University.
